So i've hit my data cap with my ISP and theyve reduced my internet speeds witch makes it so when I go to certin websites like youtube or when I click download on anything I get the webpage cannot be displayed, ERR CONNECTION RESET , and also makes it so when i open the launcher I get the Remote Info-File cannot be fetched please check your internet connection.. But when I use a website like hidemyass.com or any other proxy website, im able to access youtube and download files. So I was wondering if theres a way I could make the launcher be able to access the remote info-file that it needs too. Like using a proxy program or something. If anyone has any ideas please lemme know.
