I agree.

Only the rich get away with their crimes. The kid was too young or ignorant to understand that.

The life sentence, or treating a 15 year old as an adult?

I have no opinion on what would be an appropriate sentence, buy I do know that treating a 15 year old as an adult is wrong.

Jeez, the kid should have just sent a large pizza delivery to the guy's house or something if he cannot separate a game from reality.

Exactly... I'm tired of the "teenager" defense. People call some guy that's 18 a teenager because it makes him sound innocent. You're old enough to do adult crimes then you're old enough to do adult time.

Edit: Yes I know this guy is 15... I was referring to another popular "teenager" case in the US

I read it, I wanted it to be true. I reveled in the fact that a guy whos stupid got his just dessert, but alas it is not true and then I moved on.
