i made ticket immediately,

but 3 days gone. tickets are unread.

i made another ticket, and it also no answer until now.

i want to know what's going on.

did someone reveive compensation???

Person obviously doesn't know how ticket system works...
Person puts in 2nd ticket, which ends up BEHIND first ticket and thus will be useless and will not speed up the process.

Person has the patience of a peanut and comes whining to forums in 3 days.

No, you just think that. for a somewhat decent sized company 3 days would be great. As a client you only notice the 1 ticket you have in your queue, as the support rep, you see the 5000 tickets in the queue.

To the OP: you wont get compensated, you dont deserve compensation, noone does.

I lost a full ice belt, but CCP spawned a new one for me right after downtime.
