Does CODE honor their permits?

That permit is dependent wholly upon how much I trust you to keep your word and I don't trust you to do that at all. Gank all you want, I don't care. I find it more amusing then anything that you think you're the new "law of highsec".

I can vouch for DJentropy targeting procurers 'all the time' however his success rate is less the 0.01%.

I always keep my word. I also almost never lie. Almost.

As for the AT, I do believe that the opposing team did in fact ban both catalysts and talos'. Beyond that, most of us in Code who wanted to participate, were either not actually in the Code. alliance, or had not been in it long enough to qualify. I was unable to participate for that reason. I suspect many others were in the same situation. Beyond that, I'm not sure why Code. didn't show up. I wasn't online at all that weekend and didn't hear anything until after the fact.
Would we have won the alliance tournament? I doubt it. Would we have fought hard and made our opponents work for a victory? You bet.

So if no procurers or skiffs are around he should just dock up instead of killing the retrievers clogging the belts? I think not. Those may be primary targets, but if targets of opportunity come along, they will not be ignored.

also Code. does not abandon it's other commitments in order to practice for the AT. *cough* *PL* *cough* (Don't get me wrong, I love PL, but really? Just tell the truth and say "we don't care if you keep your space or not, l8rz) Our agents are, as always, primarily concerned with enforcing the tenets of the Code than with practicing for the tournament.

If I have enough of my guys around when we're doing a gank, we'll target a skiff or an orca yes. If we have fewer people, we'll go after macks, retrievers, whatever is around. Getting enough people for a skiff or orca isn't easy, hence why there are not that many going doing. But yes, I'd prefer to kill an illegal skiff than an illegal Mack. Though Hulks always win out, because no ship is as bot-aspirant in my opinion.

No skiff/prcos in highsec. You do make me chuckle.

The point still stands. If people fly a proc they have basically nothing to worry about from code. If you are tanked up there will always be some excuse for not killing you. Permits are irrelevant since they are only valid if you wouldn't be a target anyway.

There is no ungankable fit. Only fits which cost more to gank than the ships itself. In theory they could gank anything, but they wouldn't because they only go after soft targets.

You have to wonder if code are really just a group set up by mass mining botters to cull the competition from actively playing miners, since they target people who actively mine and avoid targeting people who mine in large groups. Amusingly the peons at the bottom of the chain would never know that's what they supported.
