But then people wouldn't be able to make oracle alts, make a pos cleanup corp and then go clean random inactive pos to get the modules and sell them for profit. Oracles are great for this, 200dps without skills.. But they're squishy as hell at like 13k ehp without skills. Which is why you target highsec ones belonging to inactive corps.
