Skill Points Total does not match totaled Skill Points

If you add up your skill points in every skill, the sum does not match the displayed "Skill Points" total on the character sheet.

Cause: The game does not include in-progress ranks in the total (and categorial subtotals).
Example: http://i.imgur.com/fyTzpfv.jpg
The summed SP is 941,813, but the displayed subtotal is 929,850. This is because Hybrid Weapon Rigging is counted as 24,000, which is how much SP level 3 of that skill is, not counting the progress towards level 4.

Possible issues: Does in-progress SP affect how many SP you have, in regards to skill point loss on podding? The fact that the skill point total, and crucially the skill itself (via show info, http://i.imgur.com/zhKpNOf.jpg) does not change, appears to indicate that in-progress skills won't make you go over the clone limit, but this is not really something that's easy to test, even on SiSi.

Skill points for skills in training are NOT counted against your total skill points and therefore your clone just needs to be greater than this.

If you pause the skill or swap to another then the skill points will then apply to your total and you would then need to upgrade your clone if it was near the limit.
