New Expedition Frigate: Now Updated!

I could get behind a T2-varient of the Venture role bonused for syphoning off POS material.

With that said, it's efficiency should be similar to like 2 mobile small syphon units (30 units processed / 60 raw a cycle).

Being in line with that, the new siphon mod should do like maybe 1 or 2 units a cycle, with a cycle time of 60 secs - 5% per level.

Not getting targeted by the pos is just OP and ripe for abuse. (Put a cyno on it and you'll understand why) No combat bonus. Covert Ops and Sig-reduction bonus like the prospect.

I've thought about this and updated the OP.

Some good ideas here, but I think you mean 10 or 20 units a cycle, 1 or 2 seems ludicrously low.

By the way, your last three suggestions were already in, but maybe hidden in that wall of text, so I bolded the relevant parts for easier reading.
