Good Day,
This is not an issue with my characters but a friend of mine. Here are the system specs:

Windows 7 Home Premium x64
4 GB RAM

This issue has existed with the last couple releases but is becoming more and more of a problem. Sometimes he can play for hours and nothing is wrong, but then he will dock up and go to undock and his computer completely shuts down. He then has to cold reboot and start up the client again. I've seen him lock 5 times in 15 minutes before. It is very frustrating and he is about ready to quit playing Eve. I've instructed him to kick off the logserver, but it doesn't appear to be writing logs.

I have got him to do the following with no affect:
1) Replace RAM
2) Update Windows
3) Update/reinstall GPU Drivers
4) Repair Eve
5) Run logserver

Apparently I didn't read the GM thread correctly, so let me fill in some missing details:

When the issue started? - This issue started two releases ago

How frequently does it occur? - While this problem appears to be random, I would venture to say at least once every fifteen minutes if not more often.

Can you reproduce the issue by performing specific actions such as jumping through a gate or browsing the in-game market? This issue can be reproduced by undocking and jumping thru stargates

What operating system you are using? Windows 7 Home Premium x64
