When I click the link to view the patch notes of the patches coming out on the test server, all I get is linked to the latest patches implemented on the live server.

Is there a reason for this?

I would very much like to see those patch notes for the test server so I know what exactly has changed and needs tested besides the things that we have been informed about over time like

jump gate directional point
graphics
clusters
super cap and titan nerfs
dreadnaught changes
etc. etc.

There are several things we have been informed about, but the little changes that we no nothing about matter too.
