Issues, Workarounds & Localization

For last few days, EVE Online has been unstable to say at best. Sockets closing all over the place. Some of issue has been pointed at ISP's and some were explained by DDoS attacks.

I assume it's not company policy to give details, but still wondering few things:
You found out who is doing DDoS and are you doing something about it?
You have any ETA when you are going to fix stuff with your ISP's?

When is EVE going to be more stable then now? Looking at eve status on Twitter, for last few days, there have been problems like every few hours, could we as players get a bit more detailed report on what is going on?
