Frigate Sized Wormhole Doctrine

Ok, the grieving process has move on to Bargaining or something. So lets haggle more about how we can adjust to having at least one frigate wormhole in our home systems in any 23.75 hour period. To address this issue we must create a solid doctrine for adventuresome wide-eyed explorations into the engrossing world of Anoikis.

After all, as we know, EVE as it is intended is the brave newbies business model of hire anyone, throw them in a scrub fit Atron, andd let them loose. Losses are just a sign of "fun" being had, and the more losses the more "fun"we have. Therefore, we must create a "fun"doctrine to fly through the "funholes"as we will call them.

Any doctrine must have solid criteria, have a DPS, Logi, EWAR, Scout and Booster options. Given this is w-space we of course want to have everything able to cloak and take on (or at least, roughly tank) Sleepers.

The days of old have been shaken up, like the ice chunks on a Pina Colada, or the atoms in a vacuous bulb, the analogy of which escapes me, but is perhaps akin to the space between the ears of a really, really, intensely stupid person. Who will remain totally unnamed of course, because we are all civil and the ISD is watching every move. Vacuous, i guess. Sorry; i digress.

The old Proteus, ECMgu, Neut Legion and Web Loki (plus dozens of Guardians) is old hat now we have "fun"sized wormholes. I mean, I know how that all started, with this fuddy-duddy old fashioned plaid jacket thinking, like "I have 130M skill points, m pod is worth 200M and my clone itself costs 30M to refresh, and I have a limited number of dudes in my fleet, going through a limited mass wormhole, to fight an unknown number of foes most of whom re probably cloaked, in order to have a fight at zero metres on a wormhole while double-tapped".

So this discarded doctrine focused on how wormholes used to be; it emphasised the realities of wormhole living, of being somewhere for the experienced, indeed jaded, high-SP veterans who've been playing this game for years and have half a clue, a lot of ISK, and limited numbers. They would only get a few fights a week, and wanted to make it worthwhile. Old fools!

So, our new doctrine will focus on;
Camping the K162 side of Frigate sized "funholes" with a cloked DICtor, nd having 6 gank catalysts on the other side, ready to pounce on the old timers who are stupid enough to try jumping through a K162, and do so from old-fashioned thinking. Like, up until now, you could jump through every wormhole in a cruiser. And you could tell, if you had experience, that a C1 was a C1. Maybe you needed to consult a colour chart or, you know, know something. Old fools.

For roaming, you need cloaky DPS frigates with a good tank. So for this, of course, we must use 400 plate Purifiers rocking RLML's. Because at least you have a cloak, and your torps don't do any real DPS to anything smaller than a BC. No one flies those in wormholes anymore.
Non-cloaky DPS you rock Catalysts.
For logi, you obviously want to bring Inquisitors.
Neuts, you bring a Dragoon. Or maybe a Sentinel. But of course, you aren't cloaky.
We need a decent cloaky ECM frigate, lets say a Kitsune with an Improved Cloaking Device II. Or a Keres. Or Hyena. This is until they bring real cloaky ECM frigates.
Tackle is a DICtor or a double-bubble HICtor.

So as you can see, the old T3 doctrines are dead, replaced by more efficient doctrines. of course, you can't tank a single Sleeper, or a bomb. You have no tank, so your whole fleet will go down like a sack of spuds, leaving you wafting space in your pods in 250M ISK pods with 30M ISK clones, so your total loss mails will still top 300M on average.

Best part about this is it will be "fun" to have to reship in highsec when your once a week fight is over in 10 secnds and you get podded. Heaven forfend you accidentally forget to update your clone, and lose skillpoints, that's just a nub move. i mean, i know i never lose SP's because I pay to update and it doesn't work. Training Marauder 5 again will be a formative step for everyone when your petition gets knocked back because your journal doesn't go back far enough to cover the last time you got podded 6 months aggo because you don't suck at EVE.

Shopping incessantly for frigates is exciting, everyone knows this. It's why so many people fly warp stabbed cloaky plexing alts in FW.

I would suggest an all Breacher doctrine with meta 1 rocket launchers and hull reppers. Make sure to forget your probe launchers too.

CCP ignore me please, I make too much sense.

The other thing I note about the new you-beaut wormhole doctrine is that, once again, it's the BRAVE model. I am of course talking about grinding sov in Mauluses.
