Wormhole Effects - Apply to POS?

Does anyone know if the wormhole effects apply to POSes? (damage, targeting range, etc.)

Also range/tracking on ammunition is not taken into account either. (some might not know)

seen some poses equipped with tracking enchancer structure. but not anymore in market

I wish they did. Could you imagine a POS in a Black Hole? Uber citadel cruise batteries. 100% more inertia! 100% more velocity!
