Are these people you've watchlisted, or just set standings to?

Both watchlisted as well.

I set my cspa to max for a long time [1.2m?] Either way people still wouldnt stop mailing me.

I am just here to snuggle and do spy stuff.

Sadly it's 1.000.000 ISK only.

The max value is directly proportional to the number of petitions created regarding it.

The higher the value, the more complainers will want their money back.

I don't recall us mailing at all.

Only thought I can recall is a complaint about how you ruined your portrait,
but I don't remember if it was per mail.

Only if you stop looking like an emotionless zombie first.

You don't understand how CSPA works. That's cool, lots of n00bs have difficulty with it.

CSPA is independent of standings. It doesn't matter if someone is dark blue or dark red, everyone pays what you set in the eve-mail settings.
lol ... calling me a noob ... that's hilarious.

Please explain the wording. I understand that you already have proven
that you have issues with reading comprehension, but maybe you can do better this time.

Looks like it says that buddies ...
... who are people on my contact list ...
... do not have to pay CSPA.

And yes, I set the CSPA to zero before I made this thread. And this issue only came up recently,
for some odd reason and in the five years I've been playing I didn't have this ever come up.

Suddenly people I have added start complaining about the CSPA I had set
and I insisted that I have added them, which ...

... ACCORDING TO THE TOOLTIP TELLING HOW IT SHOULD WORK ...

... frees them from paying.

Thanks!

It was only 173 ISK, but last I knew I was terrible to you, so I expect to pay cspa.

But seems like a bug based on the wording. I'll try with some contacts and then petition if it's bugged.

Meeow!

No.

I have empathy.

Not only that, I do understand that the muscles in the face transport
the majority of emotional content.

Your avatar's face has no sign of muscle contraction at all,
making it look like a zombie. Emotionless.

There is no keyboard warrioring involved,
just facts of the matter you are free to educate yourself about.

You may wish to go on,
but I will simply report your posts - and my posts - as off topic,
which will end in them being removed anyway.

I was making a comment about you looking anemic that is all, Now it was you who threw the abuse. so who's post needs removing? I do understand that constructive criticism can be taken the wrong way sometimes.

You are free to feel "abused" about my factual comment regarding the facial expression of your avatar.

I have reported the posts and wish for their removal as they are offtopic.

So any post that doesn't pander to your ego or to your approval is to be removed, That is so sad.
But fact of the matter as originally stated is that your avatar looks anemic in fact I see a resemblance to the character Pris in Blade Runner.

I do not understand what you are talking about ...
... as I haven't seen the movie ...

... but I do feel the need to tell you that responding to the above person ...
... who obviously has issues dealing with me ...

... will only increase the amount of hatred in my thread.

I will report posts as off-topic and hope for this and all the other
irrelevant hate-posts to be removed.

Please help stopping the hatred that has infected and is controlling General Discussions.

Thank you and have a nice day/weekend! :)

People are mad at me for this, thinking I didn't add them!
I don't know what's going on, but you need to get back into the character modifier and de-uglify yourself. *shudder*
You'd empty a schizoid ward.

Well... that was kind of mean.

I don't know what a schizoid ward is but it doesn't sound very nice.
Well. It's not necessarily a BAD thing, unless you have somewhere else you need to be. (The straight jacket and thorazine may cause a problem there.) However, I highly recommend convincing your nurse that logging onto EVE from the institution is good for your condition. If anyone has actually done this, let us know. You deserve our admiration.

Paradise is like where you are right now, only much, much better.
