Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Something like a hour ago I was in 0 sec exploring. I was in a system with no locals and found a relic site. While hacking the 3rd or 4th container someone attacked me. I got away with some armor damage but even after he attacked me noone was in local. So I warped to a safespot and reloged - then someone was in local, don't know if it was the attacker. When I saw red in the overview I did't really bothered his name.

That seems to be a bug - except ccp wants 0sec to be now like wh space but then I should never have seen any locals.
