This is part of the game that's why ccp are ok with it, you see they created this kinda of gameplay so if you think they are going to stop it you're kind on the wrong side buddy.Also crying about getting ganked is the worst thing, nothing comes from saying "im a weak and I have not researched all the ways to protect myself so I feel the need to whine and someone come and justify my weakness", newsflash bud eve is hardcore game, at the best you may be given some advice at worst you will be permawardecced.See some gankers will even send surveys like CODE does to their victims, the best thing to do is block them, don't reply, don't whine,deny them the pleasure of your seeing you cry, learn the ways of the game and try to fight back or bring support.Its mmo for a reason its not meant to be played solo.That's what REAL e-man do, right now you're lower than a woman.ArrowIdea

CCP is OK with this because its possibility is one of the fundamental game design choices they made at the beginning of the game. They quite intentionally made sure that the players were as free as possible to do (or not) whatever they want to each other.

"suicide ganking" just happens to be one form of "non-consensual combat"

as far as PvP goes, well, you consented to that when you clicked "Log In" (in game, on the forums, etc.)

You're pretty much never not engaged in PvP here...
