Ladies and gentlemen, it is my distinct please to announce that Corvidae Trading and Holding has commenced publication of New Eden Life, a capsuleer-focused magazine that will cover a broad variety of topics from across the Cluster.

If you wish to submit an article for publication, you may do so by contacting CTAH via link-mail, or visiting the Corvidae Club in person. Our publishing guidelines are printed below.

Thank you for supporting Corvidae Trading and Holding, and we hope to see your name in print soon!

Submission Guidelines:


  • Articles and letters published in New Eden Life must be entirely your own work, or the original author must give written consent to have their work published.
  • Please be certain to proof-read your work prior to submission; while NEL staff can make minor corrections, a readable article is more likely to be published.
  • While everyone disagrees at some point, submissions that contain personal attacks will not be accepted.
  • New Eden Life adheres to CONCORD transmission regulations regarding content and language; we will not publish submissions that violate those protocols.
  • Corvidae Trading and Holding reserves the right to update, amend or otherwise alter these guidelines at any time, with or without notice.

New Eden Life will pay 'by the word' for article submissions, and we ask that writers indicate their desired per-word rate when submitting their proposal.

New Eden Life reserves the right to refuse publication of any article, for any reason. We will, however, work with our contributors whenever possible to resolve any publishing issues that occur.

Yes, fiction as well as non-fiction will be welcome. :Edit: Images are welcome, as long as they are your own work!

:Edit: As of 04:44 Galactic Standard Time, New Eden Life has accepted and paid for its first submission! There's still plenty time to get your own work published!

You may get more submissions if people know whether their article may appear next to 10 Ways To Make Your Pod Smell Better or The Trials And Tribulations Of Egger Romance: A Short Story Of Love, Lust, and Lasers.

Oh, I hadn't thought of that Mr Lucien. I think I'll retract my submission and wait and see what this publication is first. I'll refund the whole payment of course.

EDIT: Payment refunded Ms Evelyn as of 06.42 today, thank you. As it's a digital publication there shouldn't be any problem in removing my work from it. Until I see what New Eden Life is about I think I'll self-publish. Far more profitable.
