Which staff and volunteers is this? We have not received any information pertaining to any of these wormhole changes.

You started a thread which specifically said "Post related criticism here" and then you deleted it.

This is terrible customer service and we, the players, have had no feedback from anyone at CCP.

And this is not pertaining to any specific area of hyperion. This is about customer service.... Yet I still see this as being closed.

If you feel the desire to escalate your concerns about customer service, I encourage you file a petition. Thread closed.
