To finish our discussion CivilWars, I enjoy a good fight but only enjoy being on the ganking side of a gank.

If only collapsing holes was this easy ingame...

And I look at it as if I have no problem killing others in ways/positions they don't want to be killed in then how can I get mad when they do the same to me? I have been in many fights where one side showed maybe half their fleet, then once the other side was committed dropped the other half. It sucks when you are on the losing end, but it is also kinda hard to complain if you have done it to others.

In regards to risk/reward w-space is some of the most lucrative for PVE, and when done right offers a wide variety of PVP. If that isn't enough to draw people in then I doubt jump spawn mechanics will have any impact on their decision.

I'm not complaining, I'm just trying to avoid being on the receiving end where possible.

I think the point is that the town hall was more of an attempt at damage control went sideways because wormholes are a passionate bunch that read between the line(a side effect or paranoia). Hence why people are asking for additional comments that might actually address the concerns directly and not in a round about way.

As far as your second comment but CCP has a long tracking record of making mistakes with their designs (pre incarna and post) something we have hoped was remedied by the CSM and a higher involvement between CCP and the players. Both of which seemed to have been in large portions ignored aside from additional number tweaking.

What I am curious about is what type of feedback would have changed CCPs mind about the mass based jump distance changes? considering in large part most of the feedback was negative while providing no incentive for new groups to move into wspace and simultaneously pushing some out of it.

It's really sad to be part of a community now where CCP is so set on implementing the changes that the community tried, offered feedback on, and was basically ignored. It seems that CCP had already made up their mind about the changes, and were going to stick to them no matter what.

What did you want CCP? You asked for feedback, and I can't think of a way the wormhole community could have given more feedback.

And then INCURSION income gets buffed because of the slightly inconvenient situation of the Moms getting popped. Incentivising High Sec while deincentivising wormholes is just an insult.

And then you state that wormhole income is being looked at, with a possible buff to lower class wormhole income. Really glad you are deciding after this patch. There will be more empty wormholes for people to move into.

So far we have had a frigate wandering every day since patch. Are they interesting? Sure, a little. But it just ends up being another account on a hole.

The changes just require more players, more accounts, and ultimately less income(per account).

I really hope CCP rethinks some of these changes, because as it is I have already moved my corp out of our C4 and into higher class wormholes. I would hate to have to move us again to one of the more "supported" parts of space.
