(STEAM) EvE Launcher Can't Update to Hyperion

I bought EvE from Steam and my game won't update to the latest version.

1. My internet is obviously working just fine
2. YES I did verify the game files through steam

I have same issue on3 different PCs and i don't use steam to play eve :(
