skill names under Missile laucher Operation are not showing up

after last patch i went to check on how my skills was doing and the skiil names under Missile laucher Operation was not showing up.
and on my player cash stalker i also seen one of my max out skills was not showing max out but i could still use my freighter that was a part of.
vary weird O.o

when will the skills get fixed?
the one skill thats not showing i have is stoping me from skilling some of the others i like to skill up.
.......
whoops i mean my player cash stalker...lol
