I would like to thank the commentators for the vast improvement in the over all presentation over last year.
Or could it be that I've just had more practice watching and listening to the combats?????????????????

Seriously, I do think they are doing better now than last year. However, the constant use of the term " Tinker Fit" is annoying with out and clear definition of what that fitting ( philosophy?) ( Style?) (Theory?) ( Purpose?) (Concept?) /pick one is makes the term not only meaning less but annoying. Please consider that your audience is not only the group of experienced low sec PvP mobsters with 5 or more years experience in game but many of the distained "carebears" that by choice and or circumstance do occasional combat and want to understand how and why that portion of the game.

There are a few other catch phrases which pop up that may cause confusion but this is the most annoying

Players and devs are constantly coming up with new word/ phrases of the day. It's usually not hard to figure out what they're meaning is. But for the most part just ignore it. They never last long before someone comes up with something cooler and catchier.

This article discussing last years tourney sums it up:
tinker tanks

"The classic tinker is becoming a comp centered on a tech3 logistics ship like a Legion or Tengu with a massive self-rep tank powered by cap transfers provided by everyone else in the gang... usually heavily resist-tanked drone boats in the PL iteration. And today, we saw a ton of it. Armor tinkers centered on a Legion. Shield tinkers centered on a Basilisk or Tengu."

On quite a few matches they have described in detail what tinker is when there is some dead air time, i.e. they may as well talk about something if the match is not exactly thrilling.

In all fairness to them and time constraints they can't give this lecture again and again when a tinker is run say every 3rd match.

It's actually a bit like listening to nails scratching a chalk board:

"tinker, tinker, tinker, heela, tinker"

Please tell them to stop talking. Also, "OH MY GOD Nulli killed an Oneiros what a fantastic match that was!". What?
