Overview and UI bugging out

Hello,

In the last hour or so, my UI has begun glitching. Upon jumping gates or undocking, I can't click on the overview to warp to a gate, I can't click on a station to warp to it or even dock, and I can't even turn on mobs. Strangely enough though, I can click on autopilot, but that is not a solution, especially since i can't turn on a prop mod to burn to gates.

Relogging tends to fix the problem temporarily. However, the first time I relog I just get a black screen. The second time I relog, I can see and I'm able to dock up, but my modules are all offline.

I've tried restarting my comp, restarting the client, clearing the cache, and running the repair tool.

What is going on?
