They are very buggy at the moment. But where there are bugs there are exploits.

And with few people doing them there is a good chance of finding one yourself, and making obscene amounts of ISK.

Submit a bug report and file a petition.

If enough players do that, maybe the Dev's will move a bit faster on fixing Cosmos.
