So currently the ewar implants focus on reducing the cap usage much like the base skill. This seems rather odd as they are not so cap intensive that and additional max of 6% would help. Instead I think it would be more interesting if they boosted the strength along the lines of the specialty skills. In addition it would be useful to break them out over more slots. There really seems to be all the life critical implants in slot 6 with the other slots less so.

With 90% web loved so much, just not seeing droves welcome with open arms 95-96% webs.


You'd also have some grumbling with (because of) falcon. Stronger jams to actually be perma-jammed (right ship and right fit you get a chance to not be jammed). Or with someone like me who is currently working on electronics skill trains to max e-war implants might just get is so that running a jam on a ship not bonused for it might be more effective. Currently this hit or miss, more miss lol.



The cap reducing makes some sense on say scorpions. Mine I fit to jam and do support stuff like RR (usually 1 armor, 1 hull most times as well) or remote eccm (tried to sneak 1 in anyway). Little bit of cap saved could have me not injecting cap as much potentially. Never tried and cba to do math atm but sounds reasonable in my mind anyway.
