Update 2.2.5:
Arrow Updated the static EVE database to Ascension update
Arrow Added new ORE Industrial Command Ship "Porpoise" to the ship progress area

Note: I am working on clone states and handling of Alpha Clones right now but I have no ETA as I am still trying to figure out where the new clone state information resides in EVE's XML API...

Quoting myself is bad, I know...

But as EVE's XML API is apporaching a deadend with the introduction of ESI I decided to do a rework of EVE-Skillplan.net to use SSO/ESI instead of the old XML API with API keys.

So what does that mean for all the users of my site?
- Clone state handling will most certainly not be available on the site for quite some time
- I will keep the site operative and do fixes wherever they are necessary until the rework is done
- My current plan is to provide an as smooth as possible transition from XML API to ESI for you, so I will keep all your skill plans, settings etc. and it will all be available after you added your characters to your website account again
- No ETA for now on the rework itself but I will try to post development updates in this thread.

Can't add an API key to my account.

Nothing is returned when I press the "Add API Key" button.

Error is

Well, as my platform is not requesting an access mask for AccountStatus I am not able to get the "PaidUntil" status. So that's not an option at the moment.

After account creation I can't log in ... there is no chance to download or do anything else on the webpage :(

What device and browser are you using? For me it is working just fine.

Please follow these steps to give some more details about your error:
1. Use Firefox and hit the F12 key before you login (to open the development tools)
2. Try to login
3. Go to the "Console" tab within thise developer tools
4. Post whatever shows up there in this thread right here

I'm having the same issue. I have just registered and then when login into the web site nothing happens, tried chrome/IE/firefox all had the same result.

Firebug shows:
Console:

The net section shows a POST on handleLogin.php followed by a GET /main/ and then immediately followed by the GET /logout/

Update 2.2.6:
Arrow Fixed an issue that occurred for characters that did not have any implants slotted and tried to adjust them in a skill plan

@former Erata: Thanks for the info, so you are technically able to login but get logged out immediately. That's very strange and I will check how I can reproduce this.

2. This would need an extension of the very reduced access mask (to request AccountStatus) my platform needs and I don't want to do this :)

3. You already have the option to optimize a set remap point. However, a feature that proposes an actual point of time that would be optimal for a remap is not planned at the moment.

Site doesn't work, when I logged in it gave me access to some other person's account, and then I tried in internet explorer and adding an API key doesn't work.

Could you please specify this in an EVE mail to me? Especially the part about another person's account. Ideally with some screenshots as this never occured before as far as I am aware of.

Finally got rid of the login problem some of you were having. You tried to use your email address instead of your username to login...
Now you can use both to login to the platform.

Update 2.2.7:
Arrow Fixed an issue that prevented users from logging into their accounts using the email address instead of their username

I registered on the website, and then defined an API key (using the specified API mask). However, its been about 24 hours and my characters have yet to show up.

This is one of the greatest EVE related tools! And I'm using it almost on a daily basis for skill planning.
A small bug report if you don't mind. I have quite a few skill plans for my main character, about 20. When I want to add skills for some ship from 'Ship progress' tab - let's say Archon - to the new skill plan, the list of skill plans to add to is trimmed by the bottom of the window, displaying only as many as fit to this area. The option to create a new plan is not visible.

Hi Yoggy,

an option to create a new plan directly from this page or selection is not available anway. I will look into how to ompimize this for users with a large amount of skill plans but I cannot give any ETAs at the moment as I am pretty much involved in RL work right now.

Thanks for the reply! This is minor, and workaround is available anyway by creating a skill plan which will be on top of the list and then renaming it. Guess I had a misconception with so many + signs on this page :)
Let me know if I could provide any help with the source code while you are busy.
