Double issue...ingame "bug reporter" and issue with a "teams" issue

I discovered today that a drone module is missing from the list of modules that 'teams' effect. While trying to file a bug report (pasted below), the in-game bug report tool will not let me submit a bug. It allows no selection of "category" and thusly considers that 'field' blank preventing the report from being submitted.

Title says it all, the Omnidirectional Tracking Enhancer I / Omnidirectional Tracking Enhancer II seems to have been left out of all the teams. It easily falls within several of the specific catagories, but has apparently been left out of the lists, likely because it was not released yet while the 'teams' were in their initial stages of being programed.
