Is drone scooping allowed?

I cannot see anything about it in the rules, however I vaguely recall something like this was frowned upon in previous tourneys.

Has memory finally started to fail me, or is scooping the drones of a fallen opponent and reusing them as your own disallowed?

Second clarification - looting the field is allowed, right?

All those 'Augmented' drones would go to waste if people didn't scoop them. Can easily have over a billion isk worth of these "Augmented" drones on field at the end of a match.

Play EvE how you want to play it and do not let others dictate how you play. Evolve your playstyle to protect yourself from others! Even in "PVE", "PVP" is there, lurking in the shadows.

scooping dropped drones is pretty clutch badass, why shouldn't it be allowed?
