POS Gas Reacting - Config Starbase Equipment?

It seems that allowing someone else to react gas at my corp's WH POS would require me to give them the Config Starbase Equipment role.... in other words, they could tear down any corp POS at will

Is there any way around this or reason for this? Any way to get CCP to change it? It seems strange that I can allow someone to manufacture items or conduct research and yet not react gas

I trust my corp members, but hey, if there is one thing I have learned in this game its be careful and don't give out roles too freely

you *may* be able to change it in the pos management screen -- i.e. give them their own pos where MODULE online/offline doesn't need "config starbase"
