Tranquility in VIP Mode - Login & Connection Issues - 12/08/2014

Connection Timeout - The server did not initiate the compatibility-handshake within a reasonable amount of time

Had the issue of 'Launcher offline' earlier tonight here in Melbourne, Aus. Whatever the cause, it was also preventing me from accessing any EVE sites. However i restored my router back to factory settings and it seemed to fix the issue, Launcher worked as normal and i was able to login.

However since restart, Launcher still seems to be online and working but upon loading game, I get stuck on a full 'Authenticating' load box until 'connection timeout'.

Same occurs if i bypass launcher and run exefile.

before DT everything was good. after DT cant conect. forums still work. With love from Slovenia. Big smile

General Internet routing issues in Midwest USA. Many big named websites are completely unroutable, but some are just fine.

Torino(Italy)...the message is "Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong."...lol No Connection...No party!

Pre-DT I was one of the folk who could connect just fine. Post-DT can't connect to Sisi, Tranquility or Duality.

Same problem in France as some said.

By the way, that's really smart to publish news on connections issues with ccp servers on ccp servers... I'm using Tor to post this...

The issue is not only affecting CCP Servers, as I heard, websites like ebay.co.uk are also not reachable.

Launcher is working just fine but as others are stating, Game is not connecting
Washington USA, Seattle area isn't connecting as well.
have launched the game a few times and it went from connecting and then telling me it cant, then it began connecting and came to authenticating and just pauses and stays that way.
Attempted to connect a second time and my computer locked up and everything froze for 5 to 6 minutes.
