The forums work!!

I believe it was our fault. We must have attacked a ccp trainee or employee in wormhole. This happened right after we started bashing one POS and it had one unhappy gas miner inside.

My toon is still in there and I believe the WH exit has already dissapeared...

Traceroutes got all the way to CCP during this time. So whatever the issue it was probably port 26000 specific and may well have involved CCP end as well (like something added in header that CCP networks rejected).

Only took 8 hops to get to CCP from Texas...traceroute ran out of hops at 30 hops still inside CCP networks with occasional server responses. No wonder CCP has a few connection issues every once in awhile. Although I suspect CCP networks actually developed some routing loops rather than that many levels of routers.

Routing to eveonline forums and server itself back up in the UK just now.


Apparently there was some power problem at a Telecity site in London this morning, a lot of sites had problems from then on.

login works for me now, it's in VIP mode though so can't login.

but forums and launcher works ok here.
