I recently came into posession of a Cambian and would like to know what the best fits are for it?

What is the highest possible DPS for the ship?
The best fits for station games?

Give me your wisdoms

2. You dont play station games in a frig that everyone and their grandmother will want to alpha when you go suspect, ( which they will )

Also, instead of using one yourself, try using a weaker frig to fight others using them (plenty of people do). You can figure out a better fit by killing them than by losing them, pretty sure.

I want to know the highest possible alpha dps that the ship itself is capable of. I will not reveal my plans.

There's no such thing as "alpha dps". Given that it's a frigate missile boat, asking for alpha is dumb. As for dps, well it's a frigate missile boat. Pick Rockets or LMLs and add ballistic control systems to taste. Also missile rigs if you want to go full gank fit.
