Chars located in a station in The Forge Highsec, pos wallet, pos sec, I will pay transfer. No kill rights.

AttentionCan fly all 4 races Destroyers (in anticipation of the Destroyer-sized gang link ship CCP has shown interest in adding).
AttentionHas Command Ships 5
AttentionCan use all 4 types of T2 combat gang links.
AttentionCan use all types of combat mind link implants.
Attention2 Neural Remaps available.

This means that these characters can achieve the maximum possible amount of boost for up to six different effects at once!
These characters are ready-to-use as OGB for high sec or test server PvP.

I will continue to train these characters to improve their support skills and will increase the price over time to reflect the characters' increasing usefulness in more hostile environments as well as my own costs in PLEX.

8B is a price for a character with 21M SP. But a char with wasted SP, split between industry and pvp and generally not very good.

This is 100% focused on a very relevant role and commands significant premium.
