The drawing looks more like a shuttle to me; of course, that's just my opinion, and opinions are like ***holes. Smile

I do think the blackbird could do with a change, and the change should involve streamlining it in some way or another. Personally, I'm not a fan of big, bulky, flying-bricks, but all of that is purely cosmetic and really doesn't matter when it comes to the performance of the ship.

Regardless of all that, this thread is just as valid as any other thread that's out there.

Leave it alone.

Aerodynamics do not exist in space.

The trend of trying to make everything in Eve look like a jet sucks.

If mankind ever gets to the point were we fly around space it will be in what is most functional and will most likely be a square, disk or circle shape.

It would be nice to leave a few of the OG Eve ship models in the game.
CCP also have much more important things to do.


Edit: Your drawing looks almost exactly like the shuttles in SWTOR.

thanks for the contributed ideas. Indeed it is an idea for the BB and your comments help me improve the model. will try to change something that does not look like a shuttle. xDDD.

Most stuff in Eve takes place near celestials where there would be enough gas to warrant an aerodynamic approach.
