Launcher doesn't want to update

Hello, all.
Today, when logging on to EVE Online using the launcher, a new update started to roll in. After about 5 seconds, the progress bar turns from yellow to red, and I receive an error message stating the following:

"The EVE Launcher cannot update a directory from which processes are running. Please close the following process: ccpbrowser.exe".

I went onto my task manager, but there was no such thing as a ccpbrowser.exe running. I tried launching the .exe file and the repair file, but none of them would work. Help plz
