Stuttering with the Log window open

I was getting this weird stuttering while in missions. A few others in chat said they were as well. I finally figured it out that it was while my combat log window was open, when combat is engaged. Soon as I close the window the stuttering disappeared.

Windows 7 x64, 9GB RAM
2 Clients but occurs when only 1 is running
Radeon HD5870 - 1GB
ISP Time Warner Cable

Can anyone else confirm that it occurs while in combat with the log window open?
