Upon log in you have the option to REDEEM ITEM I think.

They will show up in the hanger of the character you have active.

I'm not sure but I think you can 'redeem items' ingame from some menu as well, but you'll have to wait for someone who knows where that is to point it out.

Found Redeem Items, but it says I have nothing to redeem. Cry

Are you sure you didn't buy a GTC?

I'm afraid I'm not much help beyond telling you were that button was on the logon screen. Oops

Yeah, it was the six plex pack they list as their most commonly purchased.

To complicate things further, on the front "Buy Plex" screen it says "You currently have 12 PLEX in the redeeming system." I only wanted to purchase six, not twelve... and I can't find any of 'em.

Oh, hey, look... fine print.

"Any accounts less than 90 days old are subject to a one-hour cooldown on purchased PLEX appearing in the redeeming system."

There's still a problem in that I was hit for Plex twice... two 6 Plex transactions instead of one.

I really need this corrected... who would be the right person to contact?

I'm rather surprised no one else was able to help, which could indicate the need to petition anyways.

iirc - There is a delay for the redeem options to show up at times. It can be an hour or so. Wait a bit, log off and back on. Look for a package button on the bottom of your character select screen. That will show you have stuff to redeem.

12 PLEX sounds like you bought 6 GTC's - each GTC will convert to 2 PLEX.

Note: Make sure you are at whatever location you want those plex to be at when you redeem them.

Moving PLEX around isn't smart and you just announced to the world that you have a batch of plex you'll be getting so gankers may line up if they think you'll be moving the stuff around.
