You can not join the faction for the following reason: You are not regarded highly enough by the faction. Your standing with the faction is only -0,0100 but needs to be at least 0,00.

Am I seeing this wrong? Is this a bug? D: I can't seem to find a way around to solve it. I tried doing a mission to increase the standing but it didn't change.
