Issues, Workarounds & Localization

This is an odd thing, it occurs every couple weeks and resolves itself before any in game ticket gets answered. I have several accounts. Right now, a single character on a single account is experiencing large lag during session changes of between 15-30 seconds (primarily tested when jumping through WHs, but also occurs when changing ships and jumping through stargates). I have logged in individually on all of my accounts, including the one affected. No other account experiences this, and only the one character on this account is experiencing this, all other toons will succeed in loading the new system within 5-10 seconds. Any one else have this issue and know possible fixes? I know that it will fix itself, but this one character is now unplayable in WH, because by the time the client catches up on WH jump this toon has already innitiated an emergency warp, meaning that i hang out uncloaked on the far side of a WH for 10-20 seconds.
