This. Play to phoons strength (speedier BS), good CM application. I prefer XLASB/web/cap booster with heavy neut. With web and nuet, will keep the smaller **** from landing a scram. Typhoon FI can also pull this off, is faster, tankier and has a godly volley (around 7k).

Give Battlecruisers range to fullfil their Anti-Cruiser role - OP SUCCESS
