Launching client with different settings

Hi,

I have been playing for a while and I am relatively happy but is there actualy any workaround for specifying the folder where client looks for settings folder ?

Normaly if I have a client installed in G:\Eve-Online it will look for the settings in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\g_games_eve-online_tranquility. The next client copied lets say to X:\Eve-Online2 will look for settings in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\x_games_eve-online2_tranquility

However this is not a very effective since this is wasting lot of space and also complicates things when it comes to patching the client as you have to patch first and then patch second one again or copy first client data to second one.

I am using the SSD drive and multi-screen system, while i am used to play both clients in fixed window mode, but both screens are using different resolutions (1920x1080 and 2560x1440). For that reason I need different settings for windows layout etc ingame. However I must have the two clients installed otherwise I must change settings everytime before starting the gameplay. So I am stuck with having the two clients at once where everything is in different folder and hence using different settings folder allowing me to keep the settings for every screen. But the size of the SSD is very limiting and I prefer having just one client data.

I know there is no problem launching the client twice at same time from same folder, but is there any option how to specify the settings folder t will be using? Lets say using some parameter to .exe file?
