Cannot submit new invention jobs

After clicking on the submit button error notice says "Your industry job could not be submitted." Also if I leave the mouse hovering over the submit button, it will say "The job cost has hanged" and "The facility tax rate have changed" This is happening to all my blueprint copies

A few hours later and the prices adjusted and now its working again. I hope it's not going to take this long every time the prices adjust.
