Not a bug, but still annoying, Channel Config Window still blocks all

Now that carbon is under the hood, i don't know why this issue is still in the game.

In our corp we use an intel channel and use the Message of the day for the latest intel, news and stuff. When you have the "Channel configuration" Window open, it still blocks every other window in the game. As far as i know it is the only window that do that and i still don't know why :) It should behave like a normal window.

Please fix it, culdnt be a big problem.

i say we take off and nuke the whole site from orbit. it's the only way to be sure
