Do you have any proof before accusing a player alliance of planning a EULA breaking action? We can only guess at what your motivation to do so might be.

It's not difficult to find logs of you taking things very personally and making repeated and sharp ad hominem insults about people choosing to play gank pilots. None of your comments are EULA breaking on their own, but they demonstrate a distinct lack of cool on your part in what happens to be just a video game.

I think that most of their members would make it very clear to inexperienced players that an obvious newbie using a Venture to mine in one of the designated rookie systems is not a valid target, to do otherwise would be detrimental to the way that they play Eve.

If you're mining in one of those systems in a barge or exhumer you're fair game, people who strip mine the rookie systems deserve to explode anyway, they leave nothing for the newbies. Outside of those systems everyone is fair game, newbie and vet alike.
