Cannot Connect to Eve

I am getting the following errors when try to connect:

"Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong."

Server Tranquility
UNable to Connect to 87.237.38.200 on port 26000

I have an internet connection, obviously, or I wouldn't be typing this, and the Servers are up. It just takes me to screen that says eve online and gives me a connect tab to click on. Does anyone have a fix, or is this a current bug?

My route with the CDN is ****** ATM and giving the exact same error if I launch the client without using the launcher.
Try to ping cdn1.eveonline.com and see what you have in return.
