Last year I managed to miss the Dragon Con player gathering due to some... err... late night shenanigans the night before and sleeping through most of it. Is there any formal or informal get together being planned for this year?

Well, the guy who organized it last year is currently winning eve, so I don't think he will be setting it up, but I'd be interested in possibly doing something. If there are a few more people who are, I can see about getting the email list from last year.

If you organize something please do it somewhere actually near the con (not Decatur) and not an all weekend event. Personal preference would be something during the day or late afternoon Thursday or Friday so it doesn't interfere with peak con weirdness.
