You can see wallet balance / assets / mail etc on any account (even inactive ones) by using the API key.

You're basically SoL except to activate the account normally. So do your math like that: would you get more ISK from activating the account or more from purchasing a PLEX and selling it?

Finally, all these convoluted schemes for getting stuff off trials are silly and unnecessary. They can act through the agency of a corp wallet.

Why not just send a petition? If you ask the GMs politely (rather than adopting an outraged tone) and explain you intend to resub your main, it's an account reactivated simply by passing you your own ISK back. Which is probably cheaper than a promo code or the recall scheme anyway.

I actually petitioned them about this account, because H4P is disabled for some reason and there's no way to pay with PLEX for game time through account management. Meanwhile I've resubbed because it's cheaper than PLEX and I'm still waiting for them to reply. If they ever get back to me I'll mention the issue.

Please do not attempt to get around proper reactivation for an account. It's fairly frowned upon, as per:

Praised be CCP! A GM has unlocked the account for me and allowed me to transfer the ISK back to my main. Simple as that. :)
