Are Navy Issue ships the Milita ships? If not are there plans for their own versions (with their logos on the ship)?

Navy Issue ships can be bought cheaper from FW LP IIRC.

No, there will never be "exclusive ships" for something, sandbox is open etc. etc.
The navy issues are already kind of the special version of the faction itself, though just open to anybody and nothing really special.

Not really sure if I understand your question, but the navy issue ships are usually upgrades from their t1 versions and genereally performs the same role just with better stats.

However there are a few exceptions. The Scythe FI, Augoror NI, Osprey NI and Exequror NI are all combat ships rather than the logi role that their t1 versions fill. Likewise the Scorpion NI is a combat ship instead of ewar ship.

I just mean for example there are edition ships in the New Eden Store. Are there going to be Milita variants like a 24th Imperial Crusade Edition Omen.

I tried searching old forum post if others have brought it up but no dice. Maybe my searching skills need improvement.

You're talking about ship skins. The "edition ships" are just repainted hulls with the exact same bonuses as the originals, as you probably know.

I don't know if there are plans to make skins for the navy ships, though I suspect not in the near future, as they already have a new "look" compared to the t1 versions.
