You pretty much NEED a Battleship to do lvl 4's. Tengus and Nighthawks are both still viable with the same basic fits but mission completion time has skyrocketed.

Well, the Rattler requires Gallente skills, Navy Scorp does not. In the end there are two options:

1) bite the bullet and train for a good pve battleship
2) find an alternative to L4's were the Tengu is a viable option

I dunno what these guys are on about but the Tengu is the immortal God-King of killing Guristas, so perhaps go do missions where you shoot those guys for a while?

For suggestion's sake, there's a fresh new mission hub in 5ZXX that has you shooting Guristas almost exclusively, with LP that's probably in the 300-400m/hr.

AB fit Drake is still fun. Takes a while but its still a ship ive always loved. If you want great dps go with Golem, if you want mobility stick with tengu, ultra passive tank Nighthawk.

Try speed/sig tanking in a Cerebus.

If you'd like to keep along with the Tengu, they fixed Medium Failguns by turning them into Medium Railfuns.

It's a viable option, at least.

Tengu is still god of PVE, can easily tank almost anything.

Both the Nighthawk and the Tengu dominate lvl 4 missions like before. Though switch from Heavy Missiles to Heavy Assault Missiles.
