Having spent some of my early career in Syndicate, I have been looking forward to the results of this endeavor. What do we have: Introduction of Faith, reduction of pirate influence, improvement of life conditions - some with a sense of community and greater purpose. I would very much call the operation a success.

Bless you, Chujo Oniseki, and the rest of I-RED, for your efforts. Though we are instruments of death, we are still human, and are expected to help and uplift those less fortunate than ourselves.

This indeed seems like a noble effort and certainly I hope that with the introduction of the Faith into these colonies the inhabitants might both be able to achieve a state of social stability and also find God.

Though the issue is moot, knowing that you spared no expense in the establishment of such colonies, several of the Classiarii would certainly be willing to aid in holding seminars on security operations and how to best combat other Cloned Soldiers.

Mr. Foiritain, I highly recommend you to try to talk to her without her secretary, or whomever else writes her speeches, or meet her in person. Maybe then you will get from her positive reply... or at least something like that:
