1.) The coms Thing it was the fault of you and your alliance co-ceo. If you do a outage you have to send out a notification when start the outage and one when its done. And you should send your co-ceo into a communication lesson.

So I had a read of the blog and tbh Doc I would just let it lie.

They actually havent done anything bad and from what it sounds like your the one that didnt listen to the 3 basic rules they have.
